The "Monster"

The History of the Name:

PCHS was established in 1981, founded by Richard Haubold, and is based out of Bohemia, New York, since it's start as Precision Cylinder Head Service. Rich a.k.a. the "Monster", started racing at age 16 where he progressed through all different classes of drag racing. In 1974 Monster moved into the ProStock Division, which he raced for 7 years. This gave him lots of experience in making power and proper components and machining. This is where Monster earned his title that continues to follow him throughout his career as an engine builder. In 1991 Monster expanded his business into engine building, hence PCHS Racing Engines!

All of the work is performed in house to ensure the best possible quality for our consumers. Our business is based on quality and not quantity. After all... we take pride in PRECISION.
